Orders, Shipping & Returns Policy

The usage of 'we', 'us' & 'our' in the information below refers directly to Gabriel Coffee Pty Ltd unless specified. By engaging and/or purchasing from this website, you agree to the information stipulated hereafter.

 

SHIPPING

We aim to have your order processed & dispatched within 24 business hours of receiving it. Under exceptional circumstances beyond our control, this time frame may be extended.

We appreciate the importance of a timely delivery, but we are unable to guarantee or provide information about specific delivery times and/or timeframes.

Domestic Standard postage across Australia is AUD$6.00.

Express postage across Australia is AUD$9.00.

Currently we use Australia Post & Fastway Couriers to fulfil our delivery services.

At this point in time, we do not ship internationally.

ORDERS

We reserve the right to refuse orders that you place with us. We may, at our discretion also place limitations regarding the sale of items listed on our web store. Such limitations may include but are not confined to, number of units per person, number of units per household, geographical region.

We reserve the right to refuse and/or limit orders from persons, groups or organisations that we may identify as potential resellers or distributors.

RETURNS

We reserve the right to refuse refund or exchange on any items that are sold on this website. 

If a buyer wishes to contact us regarding a return, this must be done within the first 3 days of receiving the item.

We are unable to accept returns for the following:

  • Coffee & other perishable goods

  • Contact to return items made beyond the specified 3 day timeframe.

If an item identified by us is eligible for a return, it must be in an unused, undamaged state in its original packaging. If this is not met then no refund or exchange can be facilitated.

To identify and/or approve circumstances for a return an exchange or refund, we will, at our discretion request for additional information. Such information may include but is not limited to, proof of purchase of the item to be returned.

Costs incurred from returning the product to Gabriel Coffee will not be reimbursed to the buyer and/or sender.

CHANGES TO POLICY

We reserve the right to amend, replace & change the information stipulated on this page at any given time. Continued use of our website after these changes have been made means that you agree and accept the new information provided.
